Adding to this succes, Evosep was acquired by the private equity investor Nordic Capital in November 2025, when the long-standing investors Novo Holdings and Danmarks Eksport- og Investeringsfond (EIFO) sold all their shares in the company. For EIFO, the transction marked the largest life science exit among its direct investments in the history of the organization.
